What Makes A Will Legal? Do You Need An Attorney To Make A Legal Will?
What are the requirements for a will to be completely legal?
I don't believe you need an attorney to make a will (at least not in the UK) but an attorney can help you word it in a way that is not ambiguous to make sure there are no problems with people interpreting your will in the way that you want. Personally, I'd draw up my own will first, but then ask an attorney to check it.
