I don't entirely know how the Masters system works, but as the sands of jobs are running low, it would help to have more than one. People need to be more competitive due to the recession getting stronger, and employers would much rather have someone with two Masters' Degrees than one.
But depending on how much time it takes, and how much it would cost to attend university, wholly depends on the person getting the degree.
