Based off my lastest Hub - should you say something if you witness rude behavior or stay quite?
I think the problem is that people stay quiet too often. I am not saying a fight needs to be started but I think some people deserve to be put in their place so maybe the next time they act out of line they'll be worried that someone else will say something too:-)
I agree with beauty savvy,
It is necessary to speak out. However, it is also good to just express your dissent over the behaviour and get isolated from the person with whatever means available. We are dealing with mature people and not kids. No need to try changing peoples' behaviour. Time teaches lessons to them.
