   The Nursing Boards protect patients, who and what protects nurses from patients and envious people!
   
   The board of nursing does not treat nurses like human beings, an accusations ; false or misleading can ruined a Nurses life and livlihood! Nurses seem to have no rights to these handlings! The lawyers, the peer programs are works in cadence with these boards! Who is really their to protect nurses?!

   Being the wife of a Long-Term Health Care Administrator for 15 years, as well as a Social Worker in long-term health for 20 years I completely feel and understand your frustration.  I saw it, experienced it, and hated it.  I don't know what State you are in but your Administrator or DNS has an obligation to protect you and all nurses.  I as a Social Worker was also a good outlet for employees.  Some don't understand that what Nurses and other long-term health care workers go through can be destroying! Both physically and emotionally.  This is true for Health care employee's regardless of where they work, this is not just a long-term care problem.  I don't have an answer, other than what I mentioned earlier, but if this pertains to you, get some help from someone, or you will undoubtedly burn out.  I did... and it only took 20 years.  Good luck my friend.  There are people out there who respect and have the utmost gratitude for what you and other health care employees' do.
