What MAKES children with siblings more predisposed to acts of bullying and/or other forms of

manipulative and/or aggressive behaviors that only children are not?

I've seen this with my younger brother, and even younger siblings within my cousins.  I think a lot of times its just because the younger siblings are often picked on, or limited by their older siblings.  They begin to act out and eventually exert dominance over the more passive ones around them.  It could also have to do with the child's personality in general.  My brother is the middle, and my sister the youngest.  My sister is much more passive and doesn't like to fight back, where as my brother has to be right about everything, and has been known to get into trouble...

Children w/siblings tend to indulge in upmanship, gamesmanship, and other manipulative games with each other.Children in multichild families oftentimes view each other as competitors for parental resources whether it's financial &emotional.
