    and how were so-called Slavs, Roma, Jews, and others deemed inferior negatively impacted by this implementation?

    The purpose to my best knowledge was to setup a so called 'Aryan Master Race' because Hitler believed that the original modern humans originated in North-Western Europe i.e. the Aryans who migrated as far east as the Caucasus mountains and even India ..he was also against the Jews as he believed their influence on capital markets and banking was essentially destroying the Third Reich ideology of 'people first'..

    Hitler was doing the work the Jesuits and the Vatican groomed him for. He was meant to cause this war and then loose this war. Why else would he have made the obvious blunders he did and loose the war?
    The truth is he was set up to rise as he did, so the NWO boys could have their second WW, and then to fall and sneak off to Argentina.
      The goals of the war were accomplished, the UN was instituted and the state of Isreal was set up to eventually set up WWIII. Also there was a mass slaughter of Jews, Christians, and whoever else they thought it would be good to sacrifice to Satan.
      The goals of Hitler who was behind him, were accomplished, unfortunetly. This may be a different answer than you will get from anyone else, but history is not properly taught in formal education, otherwise the agenda of the NWO boys would be exposed.
