Will the Illinois child support court system ever help the custodial parent??

The way my children and I have been dragged through this system and how it failed and still failing us.

Illinois does go after child support rigorously so I am not sure what problems you are having.  Try calling legal aid if you need help getting your child support enforced.  I know I get letters from the state asking me if my oldest sons dad is paying support and asking if I need help collecting if not.  They do go after non-custodial parents (at least they were) very rigorously because their budget is so short, they figure if they enforce the child support rulings that it will keep people off of public aid more.  Without knowing what the specific issue is you are facing - it's hard to say, but I know as a rule Illinois is tough on child support.
