    Only when they have oatmeal or other high-fiber foods for breakfast.

    Depends. If they were extras from "Blazing Saddles" before they were struck undead then they'd have been stuffed with baked beans. Knowing where a diet of baked beans leads to, there's no need to add more.
    Some people I used to work with on nights - at Royal Mail - could've been classed as Zombies, for all the work they didn't get done. Don't know whether they had bowel movements, there wasn't much movement in them full stop.

    Absolutely not. I've watched hundreds of hours of films about zombies, and it is clear that when the zombie age has come upon us, that our zombie overlords will have no use for defecation.

    On the upside, the humans trying to survive during the zombie times, as a gift from God, I reckon, have also shed the need for defecation. For were they still in need out toilet paper, they'd be stockpiling it as a precious thing like firearms and bullets.
