Both are necessary...one to pay for the roads, school..etc..
The other so you won't fumble in your job..
I like msorensson's response, so true. However, I would prefer the orientation on a new job, it's a positive move foward (you can then pay your taxes).
TAXES! They will pursue you to the ends of the earth for taxes, but orientation only lasts a few hours.
I don't think either choice is that bad. New job orientation may be a little awkward, but it only lasts for a few hours/days. I also don't mind paying taxes...I just don't always agree with how the money is being spent. Both things are a necessary part of life.
I would say orientation at a new job. Doing taxes is no big deal; I do them every year. But, orientation means I am starting something new and most likely I am filled with some level of anxiety surrounding the new job.

What is worse? Bad breath or body odor (or is there something else?)Would you say something to the person if they had an offensive smell or would you just step back and tolerate it until you could get away?

So I got my paycheck, for 2 weeks. I didn't work much, only about 18 hours. I grossed $215, and after TAXES and union dues and 3% for retirement I brought home $80 bucks. How sad is that????????

What was the worse answer you gave in a job interview? Did you still get the job afterwards?
