Ferris Beuller's Day Off or Dirty Dancing smile  There are several that I'd watch multiple times but I've probably seen these two the most and never get tired of them.

    Fargo!
A tremendous combination of dry humor, action, adventure, and a little violence all based on actual occurences.  It can't be beat!

    RoboCop
    Airplane!
    Road House
    Weird Science
    The Breakfast Club
Star Wars (don't ever call it "Episode IV: A New Hope" in my presence - it's simply STAR WARS dammit!)

The Princess Bride is among my favorites. With a great cast and unique characters this adventure comedy is a classic. It is a perfect representation of what a good movie should be and is told in a way we rarely see anymore.

"Field of Dreams"  I own this movie and I still stop to watch it whenever it comes on TV.  The monologue given by James Earl Jones' character about baseball being the one constant is classic, and I still choke up when Roy Kinsella (Kevin Costner) has "a catch" with his Dad.  I'm getting emotional just writing about it!

There are a few; however, if must select one, it would be: The Bishop's Wife (1947) with Cary Grant, Loretta Lynn and David Nevin.

Read his question and my brain just flat out short circuited. Too many movies! Can't pick favorites!  Seriously, if I had time, I'd watch just about any good movie I've ever seen. Ask my hubby ... Who's probably contemplating separation anytime he sees me strolling toward the DVDs in a store because there is literally not room for another "favorite" in any cabinet in our house! Yep, probably need 12 steps again.

There's a lot. Off the top of my head, "I, Robot," "Treasure Planet," (yes, Planet, not Island), "White Oleander," "Back to the Future: Part 1 or 2," "Sister Act," and any of the "X-Men" movies.
