It would have to be Natalie Cole & Nat King Cole with the re-release of Unforgettable. Although it wasn't a real life duet it was magical nonetheless.

So far, it's Falling Slowly from Once. It made a good scene in the movie too. So good!

Ray and Charles and Diana Krall "You Don't Know Me"

George Michael and Elton John "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me"

Kenny Loggins and Stevie Nicks "Whenever I Call You Friend"

Roy Orbison and k.d. Lang "Crying"

Tony Bennett and k.d. Lang "Dream a Little Dream"

David Bowie and Queen "Under Pressure"

Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon "Jackson" (it's not the original, but I like it even better)

I loved John Denver and Placido Domingo's "Perhaps Love;" Now I love a duet in the folk world, "Fishken and Groves."

Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham with "Go your own way", Meatloaf with "Paradise by the dashboard light...", Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers with "Let's call the whole thing off", and a whole bunch of songs by Simon and Garfunkel. Rock on! JR

I will have to say Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey "When You Believe". I absolutely love that song. Great music and two great singers.
