why is Netflix still taking money from my account? I've not received a movie since last February
Netflix service will run and bill you even if you don't have movies in your queue.You still have to log online and cancel the service.
I'd take ALL records 2 a pitbull atty. Meanwhile, i'd close pit the acct & open a new 1. That'll stop the problem. NEXT time a business wants banking info, stop communications w/ them.
They will keep taking money out from month to month even if you don't take any movies. You should cancel your account immediately.
