Read, write, think, explore, cook, walk the dog, be creative........
I rarely watch TV.
Dont waste your time in TV evn u have... Explore urself.... Fulfil ur childood hobby-dreams. You can do painting, writing, sketching, craft-work etc etc.... you can do a lot of work...just start thinking whats inside ur heart....
When you don't have television you can always takle a walk, paint, find a hobby and get involved with that. Have friends over for games and snacks. Of course reading is good, and hand held video games. The computer is always interesting and there are lots of great things on the internet.
Find out what you are good at and indulge yourself. There is nothing on T.V. anyway but a lot of shows that do not stimulate or add value to the person you are destine to be, so seek your talents and get started with your journey and leave televison for the couch potatoes
play with your kids, pets, take a walk outdoors, take a countryside drive, go downtown and people watch, join a club.
With no TV, no Netflix for movies and no internet for distraction one could play chess, listen to the radio, spend time with your significant other reading poetry, read a long book to your child every night, watch the sunset or learn the constellations.
The direct result of not having a television to numb your brain is, you become more intelligent.
