    Yes, and Yes.  Yes, I'm "addicted" to music, and "yes, " I think it's a negative thing for me to not listen to music daily.  I think that music stimulates the brain, especially QUALITY music.  It's been proven time and again that listening to classical music RAISES your level of brain's functionality.

    I wouldn't call it addicted , but it is a 'tool' , great artistic tool , to influence the mood and spirit .
    If you neglect it , well that means you have one less significant and inspirational way of improving/expressing your mood/state of mind and that's negative of course .
    Makes like tougher to cope and more grey , banal .

    Emphatically YES I drive my wife nearly nuts when she's wrting a hub as I start to hum, whistle softly, or have to have the music (any music helps me think)on in the background even when I m writing too. I ve been a musician all my life I ve got the rhythm in ME 24/7 365 days a year.

    I spend much time listening music , some times I feel addicted . I believe that music is important  thing, because affect feelings.It is important tool for my relaxation.

    I agree with Idan R. It is an artistic tool and it does influence the mood and spirit.

    I have a specific genre of music I listen to for each thing I do.

    -When I am painting I will play my '80's Rock, New Wave etc.

    -When I am bathing I listen to my Pop Latino collection.

    -When I am cleaning I listen to Dance music, it pumps me up and makes me feel energized.

    -When I cook I like to listen to New Age, Jazz or Soft Rock.

    -When I write, its Country.

    I know, I know, it may seem crazy to some. Music is a must in my life.

    Haha this is a funny question. Yes I am and I love music. I hub about it all the time. If I don't listen I start shaking and freaking out.
