Do you think people can sing well naturally? Or is it a learned talent?
Singing is an instrument, a complex instrument at that. No one knows how to anything well naturally. Except for involuntary actions. To sing well means mastering the chest, mixed and head voices and being able to switch among the three with ease and without being noticed.

I beleive that some people do have the talent to sing well naturally. I know many people who have a wonderful voice and have never had singing lessons or learned techniques online. They just started singing for fun when they were young and grew up to be wonderful singers. Of course you can fine tune your singing with lessons but people either have a good singing voice or not. I'm not sure some of the people with bad singing voices can even learn how to sing well because that was just how they were created.
Some people are exceptionally talented and do not need any formal training to sing.
Singing Well....I think that what that means is really in the Ear of the Beholder. What listener #1 thinks is bad, listener #2 thinks is singing well.
both. it could be a talent or you can earn it by taking some voice lessons

Is it rude to sing along at concerts? My opinion: absolutely, yes, it's beyond rude! It's downright obnoxious! But I recently came across a forum of people who feel the opposite, so now I'm curious about the general opinion.

Where do you sing if you like singing, but not sure if you sing well?If you like to sing, but have no training and are not sure that you sing well, where do you sing? Only to yourself? In a shower? Or did you have the courage to sing in public?

I became a fan of Adam Lambert when he was on American Idol, and purchased two of his albums. I found it very strange that his "Take One" Cd is nowhere near as good as "For Your Entertainment." "Take One" is mostly slow Balads, and seems like all of the songs sound...
