Shrek is the only animated movie that I liked in my adult life.  I would rather not watch cartoons but I have watched plenty taking the grandkids to the movies.  Shrek had the spark to get me to enjoy it; the others didn't.

I love Miyazaki toooo. Spirited Away/Howl's Moving Castle would be at the top for me! Blow Disney out of the water imo.
I also <3 the Last Unicorn, Hunchback of Notre Dame and Ghost in the Shell.
