What is your favourite movie quote and why?

Which memorable movie quote is seared in your memory? Is it  classic or contemporary? Romantic or realist? Pithy humor or philosophical? Achingly cool or slyly sarcastic?

In the film Zulu, when the character played by Michael Caine said, words along the lines -  'Do you think I could go through this bloodbath, more than once?'

Sorry, I forgot to enter why.  Because it epitomises the anti-war ideals of the film.

There is an episode in a Tarantino's movie called True Romance where a young man comes to visit his father with his girlfriend. The father asks him why he loves her. And the son responds: "She has the taste of a peach". When they leave, the girl gives her boyfriend's father a kiss on the lips in a very frank way... The father says as he watches the car go away: "He's right. The peach..."
I like this quote because it reveals so much about human sensations and feelngs. We may realize it or not, but there is a button, that when it is pushed, it can make us want have this feeling again and again. Like, the taste of a peach...

Love that quote. Cant wait for Tarantino's next and see if he's got the old scriptwriting magic still in him.

"I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse."
    The Godfather

Not sure why, it just seemed to fit in brilliantly with the film, it sounds like any other offer, in the same way that it was normal for the Don to threaten people in this way.

"Focus on the moment.  Feel, don't think." -Quigon Jin in Phantom Menace
It is just so in line with what I've been hubbing on recently---the power of the moment  that has to do with conscious awareness, also related with living a meditative life.
