Does anyone love to sleep with one of their pillows on top of their head at night?
I tried it for a little while and loved the isolation of it. But I felt I wasn't getting enough air and it made me hyperventilate when I was asleep. I would wake up with a crushing headaches - so I went back to the old head on top of pillow routine.
I don't use pillows to sleep. I find it more restful to keep my head on the bed itself. It feels better for my neck.
