   What is your favorite James Bond theme song?
   
   For me it is a tie between "A View to A  Kill" or "Live and Let Die."

   I love Gladys Knight's theme for " License to Kill " ...
   But as far as Bond movie music, it's also hard to beat Louie Armstrong's " We've Got All the Time in World" from the soundtrack of "In Her Majesty's Secret Service"

   Shirly Bassey singing, 'Diamonds are forever.'   Shirley sang the theme of quite a few of the older James Bond Movies but I think she hits the heights with this song. 
   
   Mind you, I've always been a fan of Shirley's as far as her singing goes, especially her earlier songs, made in the late 1950s and 1960s.  Like Barbara Streisand, she is one of our truly greats.

   I love Goldfinger and Diamonds are Forever, Shirley Bassey is magnificent.  I also love Chris Cornell's You Know My Name and Adele's Skyfall.

   "Live and Let Die" is good but I like "You Only Live Twice" best. Great song. The movie also had a lot going for it. I was young and enjoyed the ninja action.

   "The Spy Who Loved Me" by Carly Simon. Love it! "Nooobody does . . . it betterrr. . . makes me feel saaaad fooooor the rest . . . Nobody does it . . . haaaalf as good as you.  . . baby you're the best . . .

   I don't remember who sang it, but the theme from The World is Not Enough was catchy. I find myself singing it every now and again. That, plus Skyfall.

       Outside You Only live Twice, Diamonds are Forever is my favouirite Bond film. Shirley Bassey is also a favourite of mine.

       It is amazing how many different songs are liked. Most of the Bond songs hit the nail on the head and give that feeling that is associated for Bond movies.

    It has gotta be Madonna's Die another Day...I heard the track before watching the movie hence had fallen in love with it prior to watching the movie. When I watched the movie for the first time I was so Jazzed that a song that was so dear to my heart was actually a theme song to a 007 film.

    For the most part in the movie from Russia with Love is a good throw back to the theme songs that didn't bite the movie introduction at all... I think the newer movies since the 90's have a better chance than Pierce Brosnan to survive the test to Sean Connery in the 70's even.
    But saying all that I still think we would all like a chance to stalk James Bond with a "view to a kill".
