"Where would you be without music? You would be nowhere at all." -- Judas Priest, "One For the Road" (1974)

Life without sports would carry on as usual. Life without music, now, that's another thing. Music is not just a sound. It's a relaxation method, one that regulates your blood pressure, allows you to exorcise longer, inspires you,  improves your mood and each song has the power to take you to that one place you will never forget, because it was the first time you heard that song and fell in love with it. That moment will always be etched into your memory and will always be associated with the feeling you experienced in that specific moment. Isn't that amazing? How a song takes you back to a memory or a time... Well, that's how music makes me feel, anyway. smile

Music is expression, music is mood-making, music is comfort and joy and dancing and getting lost in the sound.

Methinks life without music would be miserable and boring, like a monotone.

An abysmal hell without end.  Oh the sorrow of it all. There would be no beauty of expression.  Life without music would be analogous of being in in the deepest pit of hell.  It would be the true definition of hell.
