As some of you may know, last year i put asked many of you to list some movies that are scheduled to come out in 2010 to make a part of my film previews of 2010 series.  where i not only put up trailers for some of the movies being released, but a brief plot synopsis as well as telling you who's in it and when it comes out.  Well again, im asking for your help again.  if you should know any movie that's coming out for the year 2011, then please list it here in this forum.  this way, i can gather enough info to make another preview hub called "film previews of 2011" where it'll be divided up into 3 chapters this time.  anyways, i thank you all for your time for those that choose to help me, and hopefully i can list movies that some of you probably didn't even know that was being released next year on it.  smile

I don't get it...you want all of us to do your research for you?

lollol only if you want to.  wink lollol

nah, i would never ask my fellow hubbers to do that.  no, not at all.  if you read my film previews of 2010, last year, you see I did a forum basically asking people to do the same thing as I am now.  However, my number one source wasn't the people in that forum, as most of the people that commented said films that I knew weren't coming out due to production delays.  And ones that I knew about already.  No, my number one source has always been imdb.com when i formulated my film previews.  however, every once in a while some hubber will mention one or two films that I missed, that I'll be sure to note.  that's all this forum is for.  for people to just tell me if there's a film I might've missed during my own research.  trust me, i would never ask you or anyone to write this for me.  unless you offered.  wink  lollol  just kidding.  nah, i would never do that.  anyways, i hope that answers your question though.

I suppose that makes sense.  I guess all of us can be valuable help for tracking down those strange, hard to find indie films that not many people hear about.  I have noticed that in searching for films I know to exist, imdb.com occasionally misses a few.  Considering all the movies out there, it is understandable.

exactly.  im glad you see where im coming from on this.  although i do feel bad that i couldn't cover every film that was favored to be released this year.  i do feel confident that i covered most of them.  besides, unlike last year, i plan on making this into like a 3 part hub instead of 2 this time.  i figured this way, it'll allow me to cover more movies. big_smile

oh don't remind me about the smurfs, as i know im obligated to see that movie.  granted, i know that one is going to stink, but i have no choice but to see that one.  lol.  oh well.  at least i have the thor, green lantern and captain america movies to look forward to. big_smile  lollol

as for dark fields, i don't think i heard of that one.  thanks wrylit for the recommendation, as i'll add it to the list of previews. big_smile

oh yeah, i forgot about the twilight and x-men movie.  as for pirates, for some reason i thought that was coming out in 2012.  however, i guess they moved up production or something.  thanks for letting me know.

Yeah Johnny Depp is returning as Captain Jack Sparrow in the fourth film in the popular "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise on May 20, 2011.

well i already knew that depp was signed on for the fourth film.  i just didn't know they moved up production to have it come out next year.  oh well, i guess that's another movie i'll have to add to my film list to see.  not that i cared for any of the pirate movies, as most of them flat out suck without johnny depp.  however, it's one of those movies i don't have a choice to see.  lollol

hey thanks for giving me the inside scoop though, as i do appreciate it a lot. smile

Tom Cruise is at it again with Mission: Impossible IV, coming out in December 2011, where he will co-produce along with JJ Abrams.
