Yes, but as limited as possible. For instance, Your child asks: "Where do babies come from Mommy?" Answer: "They come from God as a gift to us." If that satisfies them, then you are all set. If it does not satisfy them they will ask the next question - which you will answer with as little information as possible to see if that satisfies their curiosity.
I have found that when children are little that a simple answer with little detail is all they need. As they grow older they may ask more specific questions. Use the same method but do answer their questions or they WILL ask someone else.
