After I lost my first job when I was 16.  I was broke but my parents would not give me $1.  I started driving people around for money and that's when I learned that if I wanted something I needed to work for it and I could not expect any handouts.  Looking back it was one of the greatest lessons that my parents indirectly taught me.

From my younger age. My parents were so good to us. Even up to now, the care and the love that they bestowed on us (with my siblings) are fair and still the same. That's the thing that I am very blessed of.

There was never a time when I didn't appreciate, or absolutely love, my two parents.  There were a few little things here or there that they might have done a little better if they'd known better; but in general, they were about as solid and close to perfect as parents as any parents could be.  smile
