Have you ever had a time in your life, when your thoughts will always return to that moment in time?
The reflection of this question has to do with life experiences.
I do, I have several and I am ashamed to say that they are negative experiences. Not sure why I do that but I do tend to focus on the negative with regard to the past.
Sometimes I think the negative things may influence us to do differently in our lives. If you think of negative experiences, then maybe it brings about the more positive, if you look at it that way as in positive changes.
Oh yes, too many to list. Some of the major ones are the birth of my daughter, my marriage, the day I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, the day my mom and I bought two kittens on a whim for my uncle. I remember the look in his eyes as we handed them to him and the tears of joy that ran down his face. Every Christmas Eve when my dad would go to bed and my mom, brother and I would open our presents and re-wrap them for fun, while my dad was none the wiser.
There are bad times too, but I try to remember that those times are over and it doesn't help to revisit them too much, unless it's too reflect on how to move forward and live better.
This was a great question!
You bring back my memories of fond moments too. I can reflect into the fun times as well.

I just wrote a hub which gives one way to better your life by changing the way you think. Basically, the hub said to view a negative feeling or emotion as a call to action. Can anyone else recommend any goods ways one can change their thinking to better their life?
