    Congrats wink becoming a mom can be very exciting , but also can create so much anxiety. Anxiety because it is a big change and change is always very scary . Also it takes 9 months or 40 weeks and that alone is very hard. Your body is changing and so are your hormones. Please be patient with yourself, it is normal to have one good day and few bad days.  The one thing I can say is that when you hold your newborn baby you will see that everything will feel normal and you will not remember a day that you did  not have your baby. In the mean time bubble baths work good at calming you down and helping your body relax.
