What strategy did you use to move your toddler out of your room into his own?
My 3yr. old has his own bed, that's in our room...he sleeps in his bed most of the time, but mainly falls asleep in ours first.
I would think that you would do what you said -- "...move your toddler out of your room into his own..."
I know it is politically incorrect to say in this wussy age, but you are the BOSS (Yeah, horrible word, boss, to a wuss mother. Tough.)
I never let them sleep in the bed with us. When we switched from cribs to toddler beds we used a baby gate to keep them in their room.
I threatened them with violence and corporal injury. Worked for me.
