    am only 13 but am sooooo fat.is any thing i can do with water?

    Take up sports classes (swimming if you like water) regularly and steer clear of too much junk food.

    i think u better drink a lot of water(8 glass)per a day.can u believe it;i have lost 9 pounds in1 week,seriously

    eat healthy diets, drink plenty of waters, go to bed early and stay an active lifestyle.

    Eat healthy foods in smaller portions and keep yourself active. When your at home turn on fitTV and do a work out.

    They key to weight loss is keep moving and be active.

    Just doing that I love 70 pounds in ONE YEAR. I know stress and tempations of good food is out there. But if you stick with it and keep moving forward and just moving period. You will loose the weight.

    Don't give up and you can do it
