They think that way since they are the wiser ones. They've seen more life, and from their experiences they are the best ones to guide their child. Parents are their to support you, guide you in your time of need. smile

Because, it is true; until children grow in emotional maturity, they are selfish bundles of greed.  This maturing tends to occur during the transition from adolescence to adulthood.  The emphasis is upon, tends, some children mature quicker than others.  Some stay greedy, emotional, spoilt brats all their lives.

That is a good question, I am sick and tire of arguing with my mum whenever she made bad decision for me.  You know it is funny, when I was in year 11 high school, my year become the first year to use a new celebath (I don't know how to spell that word, hope you know what I meant), which is totally different from the previous and because my mum is the type that believe she is always right, because she is the parent and she still believe we are still using the old celebath, I spend most of my senior year in high school arguing with my mum then actually studying and I honestly got no time to study for the material we were doing in school, because I am spending all my time arguing with my mum about what course we are doing in school and when I am not arguing, i am too tire to study from arguing with my mum.  I eventually dropped out of high school, because there is really no point for me to stay there anymore.
