What is something fun to do with your family when you have no money?
Go to the park and play at the playground, kick a ball around or play hide and seek.
My family and I are Scrabble fanatics so that or any other board game will do. Pop some popcorn and some soda and you got a fun night. Or if you have a video game console or dvd player you can make it a video game and/or movie night. You can also hit up a public park or hang out in someone's backyard if the weather is nice. Listen to music and do some karaoke while you are it. The possibilities are endless. My family and I spend tons of time together and we are all broke yet we always have a great time no matter what.
Share some sacred time with them..pray together because its written in the Holy Bible that A family that prays together stays together..so if irrespective of all your financial problems, your family prayers together..that will last long.
we go hiking in the parks here or we just have fun in the yard. not really due to lack of money but more because it is nice to show the kids that spending money isn't the only way to have fun.
Bake. Make up silly stories. Grab all the little instruments you can find in the house and sing silly songs together. Play board games. Massage each other's feet. Colour in. Have running races. Skipping. Scooters. Parks. Swimming. Read. ......
When I was a kid my family used to go on walks ever Sunday. I aboslutely loved it, it was my favorite thing! Now my husband and I try to go on a weekly walk and it's something that is super helpful to us.
Don't be angry on your family member because of money problem. be polite with them. Give lots of love. and discuss with your partner to solve problem. Happy with your today don't think about your past. just remember beautiful moments of your life and enjoy with your family. Now according to your question my answer is that to have fun and enjoy use waste product or material to make new things which is creative. You can also use these things as a show piece, to make your home beautiful with this art made b love.
I was a victim of the no money syndrome for most of my life so I had to figure out what free things were out there. I found that when I did have money, the free things tend to be more fun. So, depending on where you live, I'm sure there will be a lot to do. I currently live in West Palm Beach, FL where there are 3 state parks within a half hour drive. You probably have quite a few where you are as well. Also, I would love to go hiking in the mountains so if you live in a mountainous area, that might just be perfect. Whatever you do, when it's family time make it outside. I guess I'm old school but I never really got into deep conversation with my mom or dad watching a movie at the movie theater. But, when you are out in the wilderness and there is nothing but you and your family, there is no way to explain how much you will get to know each other!
Well what we like to do is combine our hobbies. My fiance' and I both love to cook so sometimes we will work togther to create a meal such as pizza or bake cookies and so on. Another thing we really enjoy is gardening and landscaping so sometimes we will walk up the road and look in wooded lots for native plants or wild flowers to bring home and plant. When kids are involved even sitting down and coloring can be fun, playing a board game or taking turns reading a joke book. Family movie time is also a relaxing way to spend time with you spouse and/ or children I wrote this hub a while back with some other ideas you may like. http://hubpages.com/hub/Can-you-describ … -than-that
Go to the library together and select books to read as a family. I don't know the ages or sexes of your children, but some great read family reads for us have included the Little House on the Prairie series, the Harry Potter series, Hoot, Flush and the Lightning Thief.
The park is a good idea, too--or explore parks in neighboring towns/suburbs.
Geocaching is something new to me, but I have found it to be very fun! It's like an adventure each time we go. You can look it up to find out more info on areas near you where sites are available.
Go on a picnic or to the beach and have fun with several outdoor games. Having fun does not necessarily mean 'money'
When my kids were little, we found all the parks around us and went to different parks. As they got older we found free days at museums.
I love hanging out with other families and watching a sports game or even just playing bored games and cards. Cranium Is a great family versus family or kids versus adults game.

Ok, this is really cool, so I thought I would share, even though I saw this a long time ago. You really do need to take a good solid 30 or 40 second count though, you know, "one-thousand one, one-thousand two" etc. Follow the instructions and enjoy:
