What games are fun to play when the family gets together for the holidays?

Our family seems to like "Shut the Box" - a dice game that doesn't require concentration.  We put quarters in and the winner gets the quarters.
This isn't a game, but one year my Aunt Marion made up short poems about each person with little gag gifts. (My cousin's boyfriend got a pair of worn out tennis shoes because he was always hitchhiking from a Marine base to see my cousin).
I made Santa clothes pins last year and we played drop Santa into the bottle.
What are your favorite holiday family get-together games and/or activities?

When we used to a have a family Christmas party every year, we always broke out the Pictionary. It could be hilarious. Everyone, regardless of age, would play. We'd give the little kids easy words to draw and would sometimes say they made the right guess even when they didn't.

Haven't played that in years.  Maybe we'll give that a try this year!  Thanks so much Sheila!

During a family gathering, we always ended up playing UNO. Even today, whenever we cousins meet, we play UNO and remember old sweet days of our childhood.

I don't know Snack and ladder or Dam.  I'll have to check.  Thanks for the ideas.  You mean "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?"   I love trivia games - the family not so much.  We do like "Scene It" but we play it our way - simply without the board
