If you felt a child was being abused, would you or would you not report it?
    Lets stop child abuse!

How would you handle the child...what are some of the steps you would take to help this child?  Do you know what the Blue ribbon stands for?

Definitely report it -- it could be disastrous otherwise. My own nephew started turning up with bruises and cuts on his face, and his mother claimed that her boyfriend's daughter was bullying him. It wasn't until he died and his autopsy revealed contra-coup injuries on his brain that anyone knew it was much more sinister than that.

By law as a teacher, I am required to report if I feel a child is being abused. We must make the reports to our administrators, who then do the investigating with the proper authorities. I cannot handle the situation myself, but my heart goes out to the kids.
I have never seen the ribbon. Is it for awareness?
