Saying "I'm sorry" is basically meaningless unless your actions back it up. Actions speak much louder than words.
My mother once told me that sorry means you won't do it again. So if the sorries are followed too often with the repeated offense, then yes, it most definitely looses it's value!

Is "Sorry" the only way to realize our mistakes?Most of the time when we did some mistakes we say only "Sorry". So just to say sorry makes us free from our mistake which we did.
