Ebay is a pretty good place if you have not looked there yet.  I sold all our baby clothes on Ebay after our boys outgrew them.  You may have to look a while to find the right sizes, and make sure the item is priced at a deep discount.

If you go to the Gap and look on the clearance rack - Old Navy, too - they have tons of awesome clothes for dollars, if you can hit it right.  Buy clothes that are larger sizes if you can't find sizes that fit your baby now, because if they are a few bucks, you can save them for next year, or months to come.

You can also find many baby clothes and items in your local Good Will Stores.

Discount places that sell quality baby clothing include places like Ross, Marshall's, Burlington, TJMaxx. The clearance racks always have affordable stuff.

Outlet stores are all over now, i.e. Gymboree, Gap Kids, etc.  You can always try second hand stores as well...sometimes they have clothes that have not been worn or are in really good condition...you could always try ebay, as well.
