You didn't specify what kind of diet plan it is. As long as you maintain a healthy diet, stay away from processed foods with lots of artificial ingredients and chemicals, and don't starve or malnourish yourself (which some women tend to try and do when they "diet"), you should be fine. If by diet plan you mean a diet that's healthy and balanced, then yes.
