00:00 time? It means 12:00 AM or Midnight time, when the date changes to the next one.
12am in the middle of the night? It is possible, out in a zillion babies
in the 24 hour clock, midnight is 00:00 hours and 1 minute before midnight is 23:59 hours. AM and PM are not used to determine day or night because anything between 00:00 - 12:00 hours means AM and anything between 12:01 hours and 23:59 hours is PM.
