How to bake/cook Boneless stuffed chicken breast recipe
Introduction-
This is a quick, easy and great tasting Homemade recipe of Boneless Chicken. I have tried to make it with the ingredients easily available in market. Also I have included the Nutritional Info. of this recipe. At the end, I have mentioned recipes of Potato Raita & Mixed Fruit Raita which can be served along with Boneless Chicken. Cook Time
Ingredients-
- 400 Grams Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4-5 Nicely chopped spring onions
- 4-5 Chopped cloves
- 1/2 Tablespoons White pepper powder
- 1 2 Inch Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock (See note below)
- 1 Chopped spring onion greens
- 4 Tablespoons Soya sauce
- 6-7 Dried red chilies (broken into half)
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornflour
- 1/2 Cup Peanuts (roasted)
Note- Chicken stock-
1. Take 200 grams of chicken bones. Boil it in water for about 5-6 minutes. Drain & remove water.
2. Then Boil those bones with carrot (chopped), 5-6 black peppercorns, 4-5 cloves, a bay leaf, 2 parsley stalks & about 10 cups of water.
3. Then replace it with cold water & simmer the mixture for 1 hour.
4. Remove all the heat & strain it.
5. Cool & store the mixture in refrigerator
Instructions
- Firstly, Cut the chicken with a sharp knife into small 1-1 inch pieces. Do Make ensure that the chicken is soft which will help in cutting the pieces.
- Now Add salt, white pepper powder, lemon juice (1 tbsp.), soy sauce (2 tbsp.) & mix the mixture.
- Heat wok, add red chilies, ginger, spring onions & cook it for 2-3 minutes in it. Add a little water also which will prevent the onions from browning.
- Now add the marinated chicken & chicken stock together. Now cook them till the chicken tenders.
- Add the remaining sugar, soy sauce, cornflour & mix it with ½ cup of water.
- Then put in the roasted peanuts too. & cook it fully.
- Now At last add the lemon juice & chopped onion greens & Serve it Hot with the stuff mentioned below. All the best.
Tip- In case you don’t have peanuts, you can also use cashew nuts or almonds in its place.

We don't necessarily have to stuff ourselves with deep fried food at If-tar in Ramadan. We can take a turn every now and then and put that effort in preparing a scrumptious meal like boneless chicken with potato raita and treat ourselves with it after a date and cooling beverage.

Ingredients-
- 250 grams of Curd
- ½ tbsp. of roasted Cumin seeds
- About 1 tbsp. of Chopped Coriander leaves
- 2 to 3 Boiled potatoes
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- Just a pinch of Black pepper (Less than ¼ tbsp.)
- Little Salt as per the taste (Must be less than ¼ tbsp.)
Instructions-
- Firstly, Whisk the curd well in a mixer.
- Now take the boiled potatoes & peel them. After peeling them, mash them on a plate. Then put the potatoes in curd & mix it with salt, cumin seeds, green chili & black pepper.
- Now keep on stirring the mixture with a spoon to mix the mixture well. Your Potato Raita is Ready.
- Now take it out in a medium bowl & mix it with roasted cumin seed powder. Now garnish the raita with Coriander leaves.
- Now keep the bowl in refrigerator till it cools down. Then serve it with Boneless Chicken. That’s it.

# Mixed Fruit Raita Recipe -
Mixed fruit raita is a healthy and yummy curd preparation using curd mixed with fruits like apple, mango, pineapple, pomegranate, banana and strawberry.
Ingredients-
- 2 Cups of fresh Yogurt
- 2 Fresh Apples
- 1 Ripe Mango
- 3-4 Bananas
- 1 Cup of Pomegranate seeds
- 1 Small Pineapple
- Chopped Coriander leaves
- Black pepper powder as per your state
- Sugar as per taste
- Salt as per taste
Instructions-
- Firstly, whisk the curd using Hand Mixer (Mathni) properly. Now mix salt & sugar with your curd. To make the Curd more thick, you can add little Milk or even water to it.
- Now cup all the fruits mentioned in Ingredients in small cubes & add it to the curd.
- Now Garnish the Mixed fruit Raita using Chopped Coriander & pomegranate.
