I'm a big fan of sliced apple and sliced cheddar cheese-YUM! A close second, if your hands are full.....a strawberry/peach almond milk smoothy........have straw - will travel!

In my opinion you can't beat a nice juicy apple for a quick and healthy breakfast...or snack!
A bowl of Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and flax seeds! If I'm in a huge hurry, I'll grab a homemade granola bar.
A piece of fruit, especially a pear or a peach. Mmm...just writing about it makes me want a pear :D.
Bread toast (wheat) and orange marmalade.
Sometimes, a packet of bran biscuits (or oatmeal cookies) and chocolate milk can do wonders and provide enough sustenance till noon.
If I am really on the run and do not have time I normally have one or two bananas. Bananas have lot of soluble fiber apart from calcium, magnesium and vitamins.
the best thing for you to eat on the go is a banana as thay are high in energy
