I think one of the best breakfast options is cereals with chopped fruits and milk. That should give you most of the nutrients required by your body.
Whole wheat toast and natural peanut butter. The protein and fiber combo is a great way to start the day. Fruit on the side is an added bonus.
Scrambled eggs with nopal cactus (prickly pear), in my world it doesn´t get healthier than that. A good source of protein in the morning is excellent way to start with stable long lasting energy, and nopal is one of the healthiest green vegetables you could possibly eat. I actually wrote a Hub on this healthy breakfast idea.
Yummy Banana Wrap
You need:
1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
1Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
1 banana, sliced
Make it:
Spread tortilla with Neufchatel.
Top with bananas; roll up.
I like to eat this with assorted cut-up fresh fruit.
Most mornings during the week I have Fiber one Cereal with Almond milk, with blueberries & sliced strawberries and a slice of double fiber wheat toast with about 2 Tbs. of reduced salt peanut butter on it. This breakfast is quick and easy to make has anti oxidants, omega 3's and about 80% of your daily fiber. It provides you with energy yet the carbs are slow carbs and it if pretty filling.

I need a different way than eggs to get healthy protein for breakfast.I'm allergic to eggs, and it looks like every healthy diet says to eat egg whites. Any suggestions on healthy breakfast ideas for a work out diet? (an equal mix of cardio and weights 4-5 times a week)
