    Breakfast is the most important meals of the day!
    I enjoy one cup of yogurt with fruit..strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. I sprinkle on some wheat germ, and some granola. Sometimes, I add a little peanut butter for some extra protein.
    For a treat, I add some 100% cacao powder.
    Mix it all in, and enjoy!

    sauteed veggies (whatever is on hand) sliced and or diced in frying pan with olive oil.  add parbaked white, red or sweet potatoes and cook till tender.  when these ingredients are almost ready crack an egg or two into pan and scramble into the mixture until cooked. top with cheese if desired. i recommend enjoying with  salsa and juice and coffee.  i have eaten this for 30 years almost every day of the week.

    I love to drink hot milk then eat fresh fruits like banana, papaya and mango.

    plain oatmeal
    scrambled eggs
    glass of 2% milk

    it has all the right amount of nutrient and gets you energized for your day.
