Are watermelons dangerous?

A friend the other day was warning me against eating too much watermelon. I laughed. He said it contained high levels of sodium. I smirked. Then, I thought too much of anything isn't good, but watermelons are healthy? What do you think?

Thank you for your input. Experts say it is mostly water and fiber. Anything in excess is not good. You are an information station. (lol).
