A friend the other day was warning me against eating too much watermelon. I laughed. He said it contained high levels of sodium. I smirked. Then, I thought too much of anything isn't good, but watermelons are healthy? What do you think?

You right, lol. They are quite healthy containing water and fiber. No high levels of sodiums.

wow, the seeds are supposed to be injestable, lol. I havent heard of anyone dying, but I know plenty of kids who swallowed the seeds. Thats very interesting, I'll tell it to my sister when she's 21.
