My friend brought home Lindt Excellence dark chocolates 85% and 70% cocoa. But it is so bitter that we cannot eat it. Any dessert recipes or any ideas what to do so these chocolates would not go to waste?
ha ha, well my friend more cocoa leads to more bitterness to the flavor.You can make brownie or chocolate mousse but you have to mix you 85 percent chocolate with some regular chocolate and it will be fine.
You can eat a little bit of this great chocolate with your morning coffee.
