    To Start Again,

Carrots are easy to hold. I guess I'm always afraid of the choking hazard? I should get over it, right?

    Thanks,

    Lisa

    Beth,

It's a good idea to let the little ones eat veggies freshly washed from the garden. They need to see food, at least fruits and veggies, in their natural form.

    Thank you,

    Lisa

    WhatToCook,

I've heard of making the kale chips, but I guess you can make chips with lots of different veggies. I know my best two-year-old friend will love them.

    Thanks,

    Lisa
