I think a lot of people are confused to begin with. I have actually had to tell someone that bacon was pork while they were eating it and lecturing me on the evil of pork.
yeah that happens.
Me, I knew what bacon was and is! ha.
But.....a "Boston butt", or some other things, I dunno and don't care. Just tell me if it's a pork chop or a beef roast or whatever, and I'm good. If they keep up the trend of confusing, they're liable to be selling chickens under the label of "domestic bird" which could mean anything from a hawk to a turkey to a red red robin...........hahhha

Pork Chop Recipe.I have Vegetables and barbecue sauce, but its pouring outside. So the grill is out of the question. I also don't have eggs and no way to the store.
