has anyone opened up there own coffee shop? how hard is it and what is the cost?
i heard its better than franchising.....a lot less expensive, but is it worth the risk? so many ideas i want to start but need more feedback....thx, lisa
We took over an existing coffee shop and have had to work hard to make it our own. It is fun but takes a lot of work. Best advice, find a mentor either in small business or another coffee shop owner in a different part of town. You can get a ton of feedback and suggestions and learn from their mistakes. I am available also! Shawna
