Hey Hubbers,
It looks like HP Staff has done what some wanted.
They put the totals at the top and bottom of the statistics page.
I love the fact they have added our viewing figures at the top of the page too Cags, a great improvement
It is great. The more hubs you have, the better this new feature is.
It'll take a little getting use to. But, it's okay.
I like not having to scroll down the entire page to see the totals. At first I thought it was a glitch!
same here...thought it was a server problem...then..."wa-laa"...there is the total staring ya' in the face w/o scrollin' down...pure genius!
I never even really look at feedback, honestly. Maybe a handful of times... that's just me though.
It's brilliant for me with the number of hubs I have! Thanks, HP!
I love it!
Now if they could just do something about the wanderlust of the slide show views - those darn things come and go more often than a teenager does!
LOL, I am always hoping the slideshow views won't return, but they always seem to anyway. At time of posting this they are gone again, and good riddance!
Oh, don't say that! I keep an eye on those, thinking that they are a low value indication that the reader is interested in what I've presented.
LOL, I would rather they were reading my work than avoiding doing so by simply watching the slideshow
Oh no! I don't care what they should be doing, as long as they are on my hub, clicking away.
I've got some "how to" hubs, directions for doing this or that, that have more slide show views of details than hub views. Not sure how that happens, or why, but don't care either - analytics shows about half as many clicks from slide shows as it does from hubs. On a percentage basis, the slide shows probably do better than the hubs themselves.
Yes, some hubs are all about the pics, but I mostly put them in to enhance the information of the hub. Not just to break up the hub, and not because the hub is about the pictures, but because "a picture is worth a thousand words" - sometimes it really is.
I like the totals being at the top! Now I can be lazier! Yay!
Yep. I noticed it too. I love it. It was always a nuisance scrolling down to see the totals, which is the first thing I look for on that page anyway.
I think it only took two years from the time I requested that feature to it finally happening.
HP has taken a good step by providing the total at the top. Many thanks to HP
I noticed it but it's taking me a while to get used to it. I still find myself scrolling down to see my stats
Yes and although at first I was like "What?" I came to accept it.
As long as they're in the mood for change, why not move the "Comments" column all the way to the right. I think everyone is more interested in the daily figures, which change more frequently, than the number of comments.
I love the stat totals being at the top and bottom! I hated scrolling down.
I'm also pleased with the change. I only have a few hubs and even then I thought having the stats at the top would be easier. I can only imagine how it must've been for those with hundreds of hubs - all that scrolling! :yikes:

When I log on daily, I like to go to my statistics page in my account and take a look at the daily views, but with the number of hubs I have (which is a lot less than many other hubbers) I sometimes forget which column is which by the time I scroll down to the totals. It would be nice to see the...

Has anyone else noticed a reduction in their "ever" totals today? This is third time this has happened to me. My "ever" or tally of all of my hub views went from 3458 down to 3440 this morning. I don't read my own hubs and I have not edited any in the past 36...

I noticed a change in one of my pages. Anyone else notice anything like this?

Are our own views counted in the totals on the "my account" page? This is something that I've been wondering for a while. I suspect that they are, but wondered if somebody could confirm this for me, as it's just useful to know! Thanks.
