i wanna get anorexic but how can i do it without my parents not noticing. they would go wild if...
i just refused my food
Not trying to be assertive in any way, and this may not answer your question, but sometimes your parents are probably right. Anorexia can actually become addictive and will do more harm than good to your body. Even if you decide to fast for a couple of weeks and loose excessive weight, you will put it right back on within days. My only advice to you is that if you are trying to loose weight, walk at least a mile two to three times a week and drink lots of water. Also, eat healthy and avoid fattening foods and candy. Eat small portions instead larger portions. On the other hand, if you are doing it because your friends are, you may want to let them in on the little secret that they will gain the weight back as soon as they start eating again if not extra weight. The body will actually hoard everything that you give it after fasting.
Are you serious? Do some online research about how many people - even famous people have died from that. They start out thinking they can control it, but at some point it takes over. have you ever really looked at a person with that disease?
It's scary and sad, and NOT a person anyone would want to have sex with.
I grew up being too skinny, and believe me it wasn't fun. People made fun of me all the time. Now, at my age and after having 3 kids, I finally managed to put some weight on, and guess what? I Love having curves.
If you need to talk about anything, you can email me at email@example.com and I will give you my phone number. I've been through a lot in my life, and one thing I do know is that it helps to talk to a third party. Seriously, I would love to talk to you and I get free long distance!
