S'Mores, graham crackers with marshmello/chocolate fillings.
rock cakes are a favourite with my kids or chocolate chip cookies.
Chocolate crispies - you just get a bar of chocolate, (or a mars bar, or snickers, or milky way) melt it, and pour in some rice crispies, or cornflakes. Dish up into cup cake cases and leave in the fridge.
The great part is that kids can use the microwave to melt the chocolate, so don't need to go near the stove.
For a little variety, you can add baby marshmallows, or even some dried fruit, if you want to sneak some into their diet
