why can't anyone make healthy food that tastes good?
first of all, read this:

Keep an eye on my hubs as I have adapted and created some recipes my other half and I eat that are both nutritious and tasty.
Since we're both losing weight whilst eating them, I can only surmise they work.
I do, frequently.
If you're used to ready meals, junk food or convenience food then it's possible that 'real' food tastes odd to you simply because it's not full of salt and sugar. Both are addictive, and both spoil the palette.
adele - you're totally right. I don't know why i didn't think of it that way before. thanks!

My dog had puppies and we went to post them on CL and apparently you can't do it anymore, which really sucks cause now I have to figure out how to sell them. Does anyone even read the paper anymore?

If healthy food is so healthy, why does it have higher calories?I never understood why, shouldn't they technically be lower calorie.
