If you are going to do half the juice then I would do half of everything. The serving size will just be cut in half.
I agree - never a good idea to leave out half of one thing and not replace it with something else. Although you can look up a substitute for the thing that you are wanting to cut down and do a combo of both to have the same recipe.
If you have half as much juice than you need to cut your dose of sugar and pectin in half. Otherwise it won't taste good.
I can't believe the cluelessness of so many questions here.If you cut one ingredient in half, you have to cut ALL of them in half. Sheesh.
