Is anyone else continuously hungry during this cold weather?
not that I am aware of although, a full stomach usually raises the body temp a bit. It would seem like the bodies way of compensating. Wearing warm clothing and staying hydrated with things that have few calories or a bit of flavor such as herbal tea might counter that.
A lot of people eat because they are bored. If you are not spending as much time outside or being as active, sitting around the house will get people to eat more.
Not more hungry, but certainly feel more lethargic and tired all the time!
It probably has more to do with how we were brought up with something always cooking in cold weather. Up until a few years ago I always kept soup or chili going but now only very occasionally.
